Ok, there's about to be a cake in the oven, it takes 50 minutes to a hour. its a raspberry ricotta cake.
   The batter is kinda pinkish because i smushed the raspberries to much. But it looks good anyway.
I'm eager to eat it. I baked it without A, and i'll see him tomorrow, so i'm going to save him a slice.

    When the cake is out of the oven, it will cool for 20 minutes. And it terns out golden brown. I have made one before, though it was slightly undercooked, it was great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  I also intend to make some hot fudge so we can have sundays some time soon.

      Well, now the cake is almost to a half way point, to where we can spin it in a half tern, so it bakes pretty evenly golden on both sides.
